Job Description

As a Client Service Executive at Kahani - by i2c Events, your role involves attending leads from all venues, taking down the briefing, and making the first call to the client. You will be responsible for confirming the first briefing, planning the first meeting with the client, and explaining the company's profile and portfolio while understanding the client's requirements. Additionally, you will discuss in-house themes and current trends with the client, conduct ideation and research as per the client's needs, and develop a customized presentation. Key Responsibilities: - Attend leads from all venues and take down the briefing - Confirm the first briefing and plan the first meeting with the client - Explain the company's profile, portfolio, and understand client's requirements - Discuss in-house themes and current trends with the client - Conduct ideation and research as per the client's requirement - Develop a customized presentation for the client - Prepare a quotation for the client in coordination with the in-house quotation maker and the Head of Department - Stay updated with current market trends and conduct detailed research - Finalize the budget, theme, and other client requirements - Follow up with the client after submission of the quotation - Search for artists if required and provide a quotation - Delegate the project to the respective project head and ensure clear communication of requirements - Maintain a strong relationship with clients - Participate in event planning and monitor the target cost - Ensure continuous follow-up on event execution as per the client's vision - Maintain good relationships with stakeholders - Adhere strictly to the company's set of SOPs for Client Service Executives In terms of communication and relationships, you will interact with internal stakeholders such as Team Members, Head of Department, and Founder, as well as external parties like Clients, Vendors, Venue, and Artists.
