Role: Graphic Designer (Pune, India) Role & Responsibilities Design and produce on-brand visual assets for digital channels (social media, display ads, email) and print collateral (brochures, packaging, signage). Create and iterate brand identity elements—logos, typography systems, color palettes, and iconography—aligned with strategic briefs. Develop pixel-perfect UI assets and marketing layouts in collaboration with product designers and marketing managers. Prepare production-ready files and manage file handoffs for web, mobile, and print; ensure color accuracy and export best practices. Translate campaign concepts into cohesive visual systems and adapt assets across formats while maintaining brand consistency. Work with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines, incorporate feedback, and maintain an organized asset library and version control. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Proven portfolio demonstrating branding, digital campaigns, and print work. Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign. Experience designing responsive assets and UI-supporting visuals using Figma. Familiarity with motion graphics and simple animation using Adobe After Effects. Ability to prepare web- and print-ready assets with correct export settings and HTML/CSS awareness for handoffs. Remote collaboration experience and comfort working across time zones with clear version control and asset organization. Preferred Experience with brand strategy or working at a creative agency. Knowledge of print production workflows and prepress requirements. Basic prototyping skills and familiarity with design systems.
