Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in India for a Senior Client Servicing Executive. The role involves managing and nurturing client relationships, understanding their requirements, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of projects. This includes coordinating with internal teams, presenting project updates, handling client feedback, and creating strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.

• Proficiency in project coordination and team collaboration
• Understanding of marketing, client servicing, and strategic planning
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on deadlines
• Proficiency in digital media and familiarity with creative tools is advantageous
• Problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the animation, creative, or digital marketing industry is a plus
