Job Description

Senior Client Servicing & Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

Client Management & Retention:

  • Act as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your portfolio of clients.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their business objectives and challenges.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Business Development:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand our client base.

  • Lead pitches and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our agencys capabilities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential clients.

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with the creative, strategy, and project management teams to develop comprehensive plans that align with client goals.

  • Provide strategic guidance to clients on their campaigns and overall marketing efforts.
  • Develop and present quarterly business reviews to key clients.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience:

    A minimum of

    4+ years of experience

    in a client-facing role, with a strong emphasis on managing multiple accounts. An agency background is highly preferred.
  • Communication:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Interpersonal Skills:

    A natural relationship-builder with a knack for empathy and understanding client needs.
  • Problem-Solving:

    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating challenging situations and providing effective solutions.
  • Negotiation:

    Proven negotiation skills with a history of successful contract closures.
  • Strategic Mindset:

    Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans for both clients and the agency.
  • Education:

    A Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
