M1xchange is India's leading RBI-licensed TReDS platform, connecting corporates and MSMEs to Banks/NBFCs since 2017. It facilitates bill discounting through a fast and secure digital marketplace, allowing MSME suppliers to sell receivables to financiers. Transactions occur digitally when an MSME raises an invoice and the buyer validates it, enabling financiers to bid. Once the bid is accepted, payment is processed within 24 hours and credited to the MSME's bank account. This platform enhances MSME access to finance at competitive rates without requiring collateral.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Client Relationship Manager based in Mumbai. The Senior Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, identifying client needs, providing solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams, addressing client queries, conducting regular meetings with clients, and providing insights for service improvements.

Responsibilites

• Client Relationship Management and Client Servicing skills

• Experience in Financial Services, Banking, or NBFCs industries

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills

• Problem-Solving and Analytical skills

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field

• Experience with digital platforms and marketplaces is a plus

• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
