Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage major civil engineering projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
• Oversee planning, designing, and on-site execution in alignment with industry standards and statutory regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and government authorities for smooth approvals and efficient project execution.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure on-time and successful delivery.
• Review and approve drawings, BOQs, tender documents, and design specifications with precision and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, environmental guidelines, and best engineering practices.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, site supervisors, and contractor teams.
• Conduct regular site inspections, identify risks, and implement timely corrective actions.
• Manage procurement, vendor negotiations, and cost estimations to optimize overall project expenses.

Key Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.E./M.Tech preferred)
• Minimum

  10+ years

  of experience in civil engineering, construction, or infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of modern construction methodologies, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and perform efficiently under pressure
• Proficiency in engineering software and project management tools
