Senior Civil Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in construction, project management, and site supervision. You will be responsible for ensuring that all civil works are executed as per design, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of civil structures and infrastructure projects.
• Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project schedules.
• Conduct quality checks, inspections, and ensure adherence to construction drawings.
• Manage site teams, allocate tasks, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Handle documentation, reporting, and progress updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 3–10 years of relevant experience in building, infrastructure, or related projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
