Key Responsibilities
• Monitoring of works/projects: Tracking progress, quality, timelines, cost, safety.
• Planning and scheduling of tasks: ensure deliverables are met. • Risk identification & mitigation in project execution.
• Coordinating with multiple stakeholders (site, procurement, contracts, quality, safety, clients)
. • Preparing and delivering presentations to management & clients; status reports, dashboards.
• Data analysis for decision making: trend analyses, performance metrics.
• Leading, mentoring and supervising junior / midlevel engineers.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable engineering standards, codes, safety & quality norms.
