Job Description

Senior Civil Engineer


This is not a desk job. You will be actively handling execution teams, coordinating with vendors, validating contractor bills, and ensuring top-notch finishes across interior spaces.


Your Role Includes:

  • Managing day-to-day

    site execution

    , labour teams & progress reporting
  • Preparing and validating

    contractor bills

    , BOQs, RA bills
  • Overseeing

    interior finishing works

    , waterproofing, and service coordination
  • Ensuring timely

    material reconciliation

    and inventory control
  • Managing long-term

    maintenance schedules

    for completed projects
  • Resolving on-site challenges and service coordination issues (Plumbing, Electrical, POP, etc.)


Must-Have Experience:

  • 10+ years in civil execution (preferably in interior, commercial, or luxury residential projects)
  • Strong grasp of

    BBS, DSR billing, rate analysis, deviation statements

  • Hands-on with

    plastering, POP/Gypsum, flooring, plumbing & electrical

    coordination
  • Excellent site documentation, reporting & measurement verification skills
  • Team leadership with vendor and contractor negotiation experience


Tools & Systems Exposure (preferred):

  • AutoCAD, MS Excel, BuildSmart/Tally Prime, WhatsApp reporting, Site Logs
