About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can engage and convert high-value walk-in clients visiting our design-led stone showroom. This person will act as a brand representative, introduce Ninety Degree Stone’s curated product range, and drive premium consultation experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with walk-in clients and referrals from RK Marble
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable textures, finishes, and applications
• Present Ninety Degree’s offerings in a design-first, consultative manner
• Follow up with leads via WhatsApp, sending visuals and key information
• Collaborate with RK Marble CRMs to ensure smooth transition of referred clients
• Assist clients using the AR Visualization tool to help them see stone applications in real environments
• Highlight our global-first innovation: ultra-thin 6mm natural stone doors that go up to 13.5 feet in height

Required Skills

• Strong verbal communication in Hindi and English
• Confidence and professional body language
• Naturally curious and willing to learn about stone design and applications
• Quick to initiate conversations, emotionally intelligent, and attentive to client needs
• Basic knowledge of interiors or architecture is a bonus

Minimum Qualification

• Graduate (any discipline)
• Experience in luxury retail, interior products, or client-facing roles preferred
