Senior Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Engineer / Site In-Charge (Civil) to independently manage and execute site activities for an Airport Infrastructure Project at Dholera. The role demands extensive hands-on experience in Large Diameter Pile Foundations, RCC structures, billing, and site coordination as per AAI / CPWD / PSU standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall site execution & control of civil works
• Complete handling of Large Diameter Pile Foundation works including:
• Setting out & alignment
• Boring, reinforcement cage placement
• Tremie concreting
• Pile records, test coordination (PIT, Load Test)
• Supervision of RCC works (footings, columns, beams, slabs)
• Preparation, checking & execution of BBS
• RA & final billing, quantity take-off & joint measurements
• Coordination with client, consultant, QA/QC & subcontractors
• Ensuring compliance with technical specifications, drawings & BOQ
• Maintaining pile logs, concrete pour cards, DPRs, test reports
• Monitoring quality, safety, and progress to meet project timelines
• Handling site work in hard terrain & remote locations

Mandatory Requirements (Must Have)

• Extensive experience in Large Diameter Pile Foundations (compulsory)
• Proven execution experience in Airport / PSU / Government projects
• Strong knowledge of RCC, BBS, billing & measurement
• Ability to handle site independently
• Willingness to stay full-time at site

• Qualification:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

• Knowledge of safety & quality norms as per PSU standards
