Company: NITIN OM DHAWAN INFRATECH PRIVATE LIMITED Location: Greater Noida Experience: 10+ Years (Strictly in Roads, Highways & Civil Infra) Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering (M.Tech is a plus) Role Overview: We are looking for a seasoned Senior Civil Engineer to lead our infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have over a decade of hands-on experience in road construction (Flexible/Rigid Pavements) and civil works. You will act as the technical backbone of the company, bridging the gap between site execution, project planning, and client billing. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Management & Execution: Lead the complete lifecycle of road and infrastructure projects from mobilization to handover. Ensure all site works (Earthwork, GSB, WMM, DLC, PQC, Bitumen) are executed strictly as per MoRTH specifications and IS Codes. Coordinate with Site Engineers and Supervisors to ensure daily targets are met without quality compromises. 2. Quantity Surveying, Billing & Documentation: Crucial: Prepare and certify RA Bills (Running Account Bills), Final Bills, and Escalation Bills. Conduct Joint Measurements (JMC) with Authority Engineers and Government officials to ensure 100% billing of work done. Maintain precise documentation including DPR (Daily Progress Reports), Pour Cards, and Material Reconciliation statements to prevent wastage. 3. Planning & Resource Management: Prepare construction schedules using MS Project or Primavera to track progress against deadlines. Optimize the deployment of machinery (Pavers, Graders, Rollers) and manpower to reduce idle time and costs. Forecast material requirements (Cement, Steel, Aggregates, Bitumen) well in advance to prevent site stoppages. 4. Quality Control & Liaisoning: Oversee the Quality Control (QC) lab and ensure all material tests pass the required standards. Handle official correspondence and liaison with Government Departments (PWD, NHAI, or local bodies) to resolve site hindrances and obtain approvals. Required Skills & Competencies: Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of Highway Engineering, Surveying (Total Station/Auto Level), and MoRTH Specifications (5th Revision). Software Proficiency: AutoCAD (for drawing analysis), MS Excel (Advanced for Billing), and MS Project. Leadership: Ability to command respect from labor and subcontractors while maintaining professional relationships with client officials. Problem Solver: Capable of resolving disputes regarding site measurements and scope variations immediately. Why Join Us?
