Senior Civil Engineer

As a Senior Civil Engineer (Hospital Projects) at our leading healthcare institution, your role will involve leading end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of hospital infrastructure projects. You will be tasked with coordinating with architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing consultants for design integration. Your expertise in hospital-grade civil works, including fire safety norms, medical gas pipelines, OT standards, and NABH compliance will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Review and approve construction drawings, BOQs, and site layouts. - Lead vendor negotiations, tendering, and contractor management. - Monitor site execution to ensure timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols are met. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and civil engineering software is required. - Prepare project reports and present progress updates to management. - Must have experience in handling large-scale healthcare or institutional projects independently. - Coordinate with hospital management to ensure patient-centric infrastructure planning. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 15 years of experience in hospital/institutional project management is mandatory. - Strong team leadership and communication skills are preferred. - High understanding of hospital-specific civil infrastructure standards. - Experience in budgeting, resource planning, project documentation, and regulatory compliance is desired.
