As a Senior Chef (Multi-Cuisine) at our event management company in Sector 60, you will play a crucial role in creating unforgettable culinary experiences for our events. Your passion for food and expertise in various cuisines will contribute to the overall success of our events. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Menu Planning and Preparation:** - Design and prepare menus for events with a focus on variety, quality, and customer preferences. - **Team Management:** - Lead kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during events. - Assign tasks, supervise preparation, and maintain high kitchen hygiene and food safety standards. - **Quality Control:** - Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards. - Oversee food storage, preparation, and cooking processes to maintain quality and safety. - **Collaboration with Event Planners:** - Work closely with event coordinators and clients to understand specific culinary requirements for each event. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate from Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) or any other recognized culinary institution. - Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a multi-cuisine chef. - Expertise in various cuisines, including Indian, Continental, Chinese, Italian, Mediterranean, etc. In addition to the exciting role you'll play as a Senior Chef, we offer benefits such as flexible working hours, competitive salary, food provision, and paid sick and casual leave.
