Job Title: Head Chef – Central Kitchen Location: Mumbai We are a premium sweets, snacks, and dry fruits brand (Rasayya) with a growing footprint. Our central kitchen is the backbone of consistent quality, authentic taste, and innovation. Role & Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day operations of the central kitchen. Develop, standardize, and maintain recipes for sweets, snacks, namkeen, and fusion items. Manage kitchen staff, scheduling, and training. Ensure hygiene, food safety, and compliance with FSSAI standards. Cost management, portion control, and wastage reduction. Innovate and introduce new items aligned with market trends. Requirements: Proven experience as a Head Chef / Senior Chef in Indian sweets & snacks industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of large-scale production for central kitchen operations. Expertise in traditional as well as modern cooking techniques. FSSAI & HACCP knowledge preferred.
