Job Description

Role Overview: You are sought after to join as a Senior Chef (Multi-Cuisine) in the event management team located in Sector 60. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the preparation of various cuisines for events and ensure high-quality food service. Your contribution will play a key role in maintaining the overall culinary excellence of the event experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Design and prepare menus for events, taking into account variety, quality, and customer preferences. - Lead a team of kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations during events. Assign tasks, supervise preparation, and maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety. - Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards. Oversee food storage, preparation, and cooking processes to maintain food quality and safety. - Collaborate closely with event coordinators and clients to understand specific culinary requirements for each event.
