Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in Career Counselling Must be willing to travel when required. Must have a laptop to work. Salary: Negotiable based on the last drawn salary Job Type: Full-time Job Description: Hold over diverse career options in 6 different domains (Science, Commerce, Arts, Vocational, Competitive, Neutral). Preparing the flow for different career queries related to chatbot. Preparing required career content, script for the project Learning skills of career counseling. Solving career queries of clients as per requirement. Maintaining cases and records of career counselling Attending In-house career counseling sessions Developing and coordinating with counselors to develop materials for career counseling Monitoring virtual and physical Counseling sessions Career Expert hunt Skills Required: Fluency in communication in English, Odia, & Hindi Neutral English communication Research and content development Skills Presentation skills Exposure to Career Counseling for School students & Graduates Exposure to Google Drive Committed and efficient in addressing the students Ability to manage events MS Excel and PowerPoint Flexible to timing as per the requirement of the company Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Bhubaneshwar, Odisha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: One to one Career counselling: 2 years (Required) career psychometric assessment: 2 years (Required) Career counseling: 2 years (Required) Show more Show less
