What You ll Do


  • Engage & Identify Prospects

    - Proactively reach out to potential customers through

    email, phone, social media, and events

    to generate interest and build a

    qualified pipeline

    .

  • Qualify Leads

    - Conduct meaningful conversations to understand business needs,

    ask insightful questions

    , and determine the best fit for Fingerprint s solutions.

  • Collaborate with Sales

    - Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a

    smooth handoff

    of qualified leads and share key insights to strengthen customer engagement.

  • Maintain CRM Accuracy

    - Keep Salesforce and Outreach.io up to date with

    detailed notes and follow-ups

    , ensuring clean and reliable pipeline data.

  • Market & Product Feedback

    - Gather valuable insights from prospects and

    share feedback

    with internal teams to help shape our go-to-market strategy.

  • Meet & Exceed Goals

    - Consistently achieve or

    outperform monthly and quarterly targets

    for outreach, lead generation, and booked meetings.

  • Continuous Learning & Development

    - Stay ahead of industry trends, customer pain points, and competitors to refine outreach strategies and

    bring fresh ideas to the team

    .

What We re Looking For


  • 2+ years of experience in a BDR or Sales Development role within SaaS

    , selling to technical decision-makers.

  • Proven track record

    of generating qualified opportunities and meeting/exceeding targets.

  • Experience with

    both outbound and inbound

    lead generation strategies, using traditional outbound methods and an eye creative and unique outbounding methods

  • Strong communication skills

    - able to craft compelling outreach messages, drive value-focused conversations and confidently engage with prospects.

  • Solutions-oriented and adaptable

    , with a proactive mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, startup environment.

  • Experience using Salesforce and HubSpot

    or similar CRM and sales engagement platforms.

  • Ability to quickly

    understand and articulate Fingerprint s product value

    to potential clients.
