About Wisemonk Wisemonk is a leading platform specializing in Employer of Record (EOR) services in India, helping global businesses hire, onboard, and manage talent seamlessly. Role Overview We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. In this hybrid role, you will be at the forefront of our lead generation efforts, responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. You will play a key role in the sales process, from initial outreach to coordinating meetings with Account Executives (AEs) and ensuring follow-up after each interaction. This position offers a clear path to transition into an AE role within one year, based on performance. Key Responsibilities Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.). Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and qualify opportunities. Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and Account Executives. Maintain diligent follow-up with leads after meetings to drive engagement and move deals forward. Update and manage lead information and activities in the CRM system. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets. Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to internal teams. Work Schedule Monday : In-office (Bengaluru) from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST. Tuesday to Friday :Work from home, 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST (to align with international client time zones). Requirements 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in SaaS, HRTech, or related industries). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable with night shifts and hybrid work arrangements. Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
