We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager (BDM) with a proven track record in acquiring new clients in the US IT Staffing/Staff Augmentation industry. The ideal candidate must have deep understanding of US hiring models, recruitment delivery cycles, and revenue-focused strategies. This role demands a strategic hunter mindset, capable of delivering measurable ROI through client acquisition and revenue expansion.
Identify, develop, and onboard new direct clients, MSPs, VMS-based business pipelines within the US region.
Create and execute ROI-focused business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets through sustainable business acquisition.
Pitch EPSoft staffing solutions—Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Full-time hiring models (W2, C2C, 1099).
Develop custom revenue generation models, pricing strategies, and engagement frameworks based on client needs.
Build strong CXO-level relationships (Procurement Heads, Talent Acquisition Leads, Vendor Managers).
Work closely with the Delivery/Recruiting team for optimal fulfillment and client satisfaction.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and track BD metrics and forecasting.
Negotiate terms such as markups, margins, SLAs, and client onboarding agreements.
Develop penetration strategies for key industry verticals – BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Technology, Retail, etc.
Implement account-based growth plans to maximize repeat business and client referrals.
Collaborate with leadership to design revenue planning dashboards and ROI tracking models.
Stay current with market trends, rate fluctuations, competition, and talent supply/demand factors.
Mandatory: 5–10 years of experience in US IT Staffing Business Development.
Proven success in generating new direct clients/MSP accounts.
Demonstrated experience in closing staffing deals with revenue ownership.
Strong understanding of US hiring and tax terms: W2, C2C, 1099, Green Card, USC, TN, H1B, EAD.
Experience working with VMS/MSP platforms like Fieldglass, Beeline, IQNavigator, Coupa, PeopleFluent, etc.
Strategic planning with ability to deliver high ROI from BD actions.
Experience in proposal writing, RFP/RFI responses, capability presentations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
Strong networking ability via LinkedIn, professional forums, and B2B intelligence platforms.
