Role Objective

Acrylic Solid Surface and Laminates business

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives to achieve annual revenue targets.
  • Plan, finalize, approve, and monitor sales budgets in line with organizational goals.
  • Maximize revenue from existing clients while expanding the customer base across assigned geographies.

Government & Project Sales

  • Drive business development with Government departments and large-scale institutional projects.
  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities through tenders, consultants, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure strong engagement with architects, contractors, developers, interior designers, and OEMs.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to enhance capability and productivity.
  • Set clear goals and performance benchmarks for team members.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and drive a high-performance culture.

Operational Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with production, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure

    On-Time, In-Full (OTIF)

    delivery of orders.
  • Support effective production planning and order consolidation to meet project timelines.

Sales Review & Market Intelligence

  • Conduct regular sales review meetings to track targets, realizations, and market trends.
  • Identify challenges impacting sales performance and implement corrective actions.
  • Share best practices, competitive insights, and market intelligence with management.

Market Expansion & Brand Building

  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and channel partner expansion.
  • Increase market share through focused product penetration and brand-building initiatives.
  • Strengthen Stylams brand proposition in the assigned region.

Target Planning

  • Formulate and monitor monthly and quarterly targets for each product category, including:
    • Acrylic Solid Surface

    • Cuboid

    • Cladding

    • Granex

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in Government / Project Sales within the building materials industry
  • Strong leadership and team-handling capabilities
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
