Senior Business Development Executive (US Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development in the

    US market

    for ValueDX’s technology and digital transformation solutions.
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and digital channels.
  • Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and demos tailored to business needs.
  • Build strong client relationships and manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to closure.
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to align go-to-market strategies and client solutions.
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM tools and provide timely reporting on sales pipeline and performance.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue and activity targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies relevant to ValueDX’s business.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4–7 years of proven

    B2B sales experience

    targeting the

    US market

    , preferably in IT services, automation, or digital transformation domains.
  • Strong understanding of

    enterprise technology solutions

    ,

    automation (RPA/AI)

    , or

    SaaS

    sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently during night shifts.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in selling technology consulting or digital transformation services.
  • Understanding of enterprise buying cycles and decision-making processes in the US market.
  • Ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders (CXOs, VPs, Directors).
