Job Description


Insurance Broker Responsibilities:

  1. Creating marketing initiatives to attract new clients.
  2. Meeting with potential clients to discuss their insurance needs.
  3. Researching all the available policy options for the client.
  4. Negotiating with underwriters to get the best policy at the best price.
  5. Presenting policy details to the client and signing the policy agreement.
  6. Collecting premiums.


Insurance Broker Requirements:


  1. Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
  2. A passion for sales.
  3. Minimum of 1 year of experience in corporate sales.
  4. In-depth knowledge of Insurance products.
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Basic knowledge of office and accounting software.
  7. High-level negotiating skills.
  8. Attention to detail.
