We’re Hiring: Senior Business Development Officer

Caterbox Foodworks, the institutional arm of Lick Sip Dip Gourmet Catering, founded by IHM Pusa alumni, is seeking a dynamic professional to drive our next phase of growth.

From our 10,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art kitchen in Delhi, we currently serve 4,000+ meals every day across Delhi NCR. With in-house departments ranging from bakery to halwai, we also specialise in snack boxes, gifting hampers, and customised catering solutions. Our next big goal? Scaling up to 15,000 meals/day and we need the right person to help us get there.

Role: Senior Business Development Officer

Location: Delhi NCR

Salary: ₹75,000 – ₹1,50,000/month + Incentives

What we’re looking for:

• Someone from hospitality background.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate/institutional business development.
• Strong communication & relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of delivering results.
• Delhi-based, with deep market understanding.

What you’ll do:

• Build and nurture long-term corporate relationships.
• Drive business growth by acquiring new institutional clients.
• Play a key role in expanding our footprint across Delhi NCR.
