Position: IT Business Development Executive (Onsite) – 6 Months to 3 Years Experience

About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic and results-driven professionals with experience in IT Business Development, especially in SaaS-based products, CRM, and HRM solutions. Candidates should have a strong understanding of B2B sales, client engagement, and technology-driven business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue business opportunities in SaaS, CRM, and HRM product domains
• Conduct market research and analysis to generate quality leads
• Present product demos and handle client interactions effectively
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives

Requirements:

• Experience: 6 months to 3 years in IT Business Development / SaaS / CRM / HRM product sales
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA, M.Com, BBA, B.Com preferred)
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, analytical, and goal-oriented
