Senior Business Development Executive

• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, pitching, negotiation and closing.
• Promote heavy hardware products effectively across multiple offline and digital platforms.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and B2B clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos with clarity and confidence.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and client data using CRM or other tools.
• Coordinate closely with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate / MBA / Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in the manufacturing industry (hardware industry experience is a plus).
• Strong command of Hindi, English, and Gujarati.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills (verbal & written).
• Proficient in creating and executing sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Familiarity with digital tools for product marketing (e.g., WhatsApp marketing, email campaigns, B2B platforms like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.).
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and well-organized.
• Non-Gujarati candidates highly preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
