About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the primary communication bridge between our agency and clients—managing relationships, ensuring smooth coordination, and contributing to the creative strategy and execution of campaigns. This role requires someone with a strong understanding of marketing, branding, and the creative process.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
Liaise between internal teams (creative, media, production) and clients to ensure clear communication and timely delivery of projects.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build long-term relationships, and drive growth through strategic partnerships.
Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets for client campaigns, ensuring smooth execution from concept to delivery.
Work closely with the creative team to align client briefs with innovative ideas and campaigns. Must be able to evaluate and discuss creative work constructively.
Provide regular updates to senior management on client status, opportunities, and challenges. Contribute to strategic planning and campaign insights.
Qualifications & Experience:
MBA (preferred), or Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business development, account management, or client servicing within a creative or marketing agency.
