Job Description

We’re Hiring Business Development Executive – Remote USA & India | Evening shift/ Night Shift

We’re looking for proven Sales Closers who can deliver results and own the business development process from start to finish. If you’re a go-getter with the skills to close deals, this is your stage.

Key Responsibilities:

1️) Lead Generation & Sales – Generate leads in Indian & USA markets for digital marketing services & Human Resource Services; manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closure.

2️) Client Acquisition – Drive meetings, calls, and presentations via LinkedIn, Facebook, email, cold calling, and other outreach channels.

3) Digital & Organic Outreach – Use email marketing, LinkedIn prospecting, and organic lead funnels to get qualified leads & referrals.

4) Content Creation for Growth – Prepare scripts, presentations, and short videos for branding and lead generation.

5) Training & Mentorship – Onboard and mentor interns/junior team members; enhance outreach, conversion, and sales skills.

6) Conversion & Revenue Optimization – Improve lead funnels, boost conversions, and drive consistent revenue growth.

7) Collaboration – Work with marketing, sales, and operations to deliver business development initiatives.

Must-Have Skills:

✅ Proven Sales Closure track record from lead to deal

✅ Cold Calling Expertise – Persuasive and professional over the phone

✅ Lead Generation Specialist – Organic, paid, and research-based targeting

✅ Video Content Creation for marketing & sales

✅ Confident in Client Meetings & Presentations

✅ Training & Mentorship abilities

✅ Strong Research Skills – Market, competitor, and client analysis

✅ Professional Communication – English & Hindi Both

✅ Target-Driven with a sense of ownership

✅ 2 to 5 Years of Experience in Business Development, IT/Digital Sales, or related field
