About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Executive with strong exposure to the Automotive and Embedded Systems domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, client relationship management, and strategic partnerships, combined with a deep understanding of embedded technologies,automotive software, and engineering services.Key Responsibilities:Identify, develop, and drive new business opportunities in the Automotive and Embedded systems markets.Build and nurture strong client relationships with OEMs, Tier-1s, and engineering service providers.Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, proposals, and presentations to acquire new accounts.Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, proposal, negotiation, to closure.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Delivery, Marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth areas.Achieve revenue targets and contribute to the companys strategic growth.
