As a Senior Business Associate at Nanonets, you will be instrumental in supporting various aspects of the business operations, including market research, client communication, project management, and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement targeted GTM strategies to encourage customers to book sales calls. - Conduct market research and create case studies to enhance the marketing conversion funnel. - Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales and growth objectives. - Create engaging marketing collateral to drive customer engagement. - Personalize email messages based on customer segmentation and engagement data. - Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns from planning to deployment. - Ensure timely delivery of content to maintain customer interest. - Develop automated email workflows to nurture leads towards booking sales calls. - Track and analyze key metrics to refine marketing campaigns and website interactions. - Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and tailor email content accordingly. - Coordinate with product and support teams to include relevant updates in email campaigns. - Gather and analyze customer feedback through user interviews to enhance website user experience.
