Job Description

As a Senior Business Associate at Nanonets, you will be instrumental in supporting various aspects of the business operations, including market research, client communication, project management, and strategic planning. Your strong analytical mindset and background in GTM SaaS or consulting will be valuable assets in contributing to the company's growth and success. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement targeted GTM strategies to encourage customers to book sales calls. - Conduct market research and create case studies to enhance the marketing conversion funnel. - Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales and growth objectives. - Create engaging marketing collateral to drive customer engagement. - Personalize email messages based on customer segmentation and engagement data. - Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns from planning to deployment. - Ensure timely delivery of content to maintain customer interest. - Develop automated email workflows to nurture leads towards booking sales calls. - Track and analyze key metrics to refine marketing campaigns and website interactions. - Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and tailor email content accordingly. - Coordinate with product and support teams to include relevant updates in email campaigns. - Gather and analyze customer feedback through user interviews to enhance website user experience. Qualifications: - B.E/B.Tech from a reputed undergrad school. - 2+ years of experience, preferably as an Analyst. - Knowledge of SQL is essential. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling content and delivering presentations. - Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and manage client relationships effectively. - Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing client needs. - Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. - Results-driven mindset focused on achieving client satisfaction and driving business growth.,
