Senior Business Analyst- Zoho

As a Senior Business Analyst with 4 years of experience or more, you will be responsible for analysing the business processes within an organization and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness through the use of technology. Your role will involve close collaboration with stakeholders, including business users, developers, and project managers, to ensure that IT projects align with the business requirements and goals. Your key responsibilities will include gathering and analysing business requirements, translating them into technical requirements, conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments. You will identify areas for process improvement and optimization, develop strategies for enhancing business processes, and utilize data analysis and modeling tools to create process flows and diagrams. Collaborating with IT teams, you will design and develop technology solutions that align with business objectives and technical feasibility. You will also be involved in project planning, monitoring project progress, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. In addition, you will develop and execute test plans, conduct user acceptance testing, and provide comprehensive documentation and training to end-users. As a liaison between business users and IT teams, you will facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders, conduct regular meetings and presentations to update them on project status and outcomes. Proficiency in business analysis tools, requirements management, documentation tools, and knowledge of database management and data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel will be essential. In addition to technical skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong organizational and time management skills are required. Previous experience in a business analyst role in a growing organization and IT environment, experience in project management, and familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies are desirable.
