Hiring Senior Business Analyst

Experience: 5Years - 10Years (Business Analyst and equivalent role)

Location: Hyderabad

Mode of work: Onsite

Availability: Max 30Days

A Bachelor Degree from a recognized University in Information Technology, Engineering, Business or equivalent is a must.

Experience on US- Pharma/Life-Sciences industry is a big plus.

Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills.

Experience in multiple full lifecycle software implementations is a big plus.

Be able to quickly understand and adopt to new business processes and work alongside other business analysts/functional consultants to effectively drive customer requirements.

Be the liaison between business users, IT consulting team and other support teams.

Should possess natural analytical way of thinking and troubleshooting issues.

Bring along technical expertise on ERP (preferably SAP) and at the same time be able to fit into and effectively execute the roles and responsibilities of end users.

Assume responsibility and assist at various levels of project implementation life cycle.

Executing test scenarios and test scripts after thorough understanding of different business processes.

Should be very good at documentation.

Should possess strong business acumen with excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills; ability to tailor communications for technical and non-technical audiences.

Collaborative and consultative work style.

Ability to link business processes with products/solutions.

Independent thinking with keen problem-solving skills.

Ability to adapt to changing schedules and multiple work plans.

Willingness to travel.
