Senior Business Analyst

Job Description

The Business Analyst in this role is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing various features related to UI, Workflows, APIs, ETLs, and Dasboards by utilizing the required data from multiple system of records & related data/logs from Network and Infrastructure domain. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, network engineering, multiple product owners, and business units, to ensure that the solutions meet business requirements and are scalable, secure, and efficient. Requirements Gathering and Analysis Collaborate with stakeholders and network product teams to gather and document business requirements. Analyze network infrastructure related data to derive the insights opportunities to relate the data sets Work with network engineers and architects to understand network related data and identify the gaps in terms of the connection usage.Assist in the planning and execution of infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints. Coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless integration of new infrastructure components. Create detailed documentation of the application that being built Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders to communicate project status and outcomes.Identify potential risks associated with application development and share the mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to business partner connections. Continuous Improvement Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in network topology and infrastructure domain. Qualifications Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience or a knowledge in network topology and infrastructure domains. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams. Knowledge on various network protocols, security practices, infrastructure management tools and the business partner connections. Experience with Agile project management methodologies and tools is a plus. Software Development Life Cycle Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are advantageous. Experience in financial services or a similar industry is preferred. Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and virtualization technologies is a plus.
