We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to play a key role in our team, responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying solutions, and facilitating Scrum teams to deliver high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and Scrum Master skills.Key Responsibilities:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, Scrum mastery, or a related field - Certification in Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent is a plusBusiness Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify solutions- Analyze data and processes to inform business decisions- Develop and maintain business cases, user stories, and requirements documentation- Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plansScrum Master:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives- Coach team members on Scrum principles, practices, and values- Remove impediments and obstacles to ensure team progress- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and transparencyTechnical
Skills:

- Experience with project management tools, such as Azure Devops- Basic understanding of software development life cycles and Agile methodologies- Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BISoft Skills:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and prioritize tasks effectively- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members
