Senior Business Analyst

The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into functional specifications. The role involves understanding customer challenges, proposing system enhancements, and ensuring smooth implementation of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand business goals, workflows, and challenges
• Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements
• Translate requirements into detailed specifications and user stories for the development team
• Work with product managers and developers to ensure accurate and timely delivery
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process or system improvements
• Support testing, validation, and user training during project rollouts
• Prepare business documentation, BRDs, FSDs, and workflow diagrams
• Act as a liaison between business teams and technical stakeholders

Requirements:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, IT, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in IT / SaaS / product environment)
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in creating process flow diagrams and functional documents
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹840,000.00 per year
