Senior Business Analyst

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and talented Sr. Business Analysts, who will be responsible for bridging business and IT Gaps by analyzing requirements, identifying solutions, and defining project scopes. They shall gather and document technical specifications, facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams, and ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives. Their role aims to optimize processes and drive effective IT solutions.

In this role, you will collaborate with product designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver. You should have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a knack for simplifying complex tasks. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our design systems, ensuring a seamless user experience across all web projects.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technical or software development environment.
• Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies (e.g., requirements management tools, data modelling tools).
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
