Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between clients and our technical teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding customer needs, creating proposals and solution documents, presenting solutions effectively, and ensuring clear, structured communication between stakeholders.

Engage with customers to gather, analyse, and document requirements through meetings, workshops, and discussions

Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), User Stories, and acceptance criteria

Create technical and functional proposals for clients in coordination with the pre-sales and solution teams

Develop solution diagrams, process flow charts, and conceptual system overviews

Conduct solution presentations and demonstrations to clients

Act as a liaison between customers and technical teams to ensure project alignment and requirement clarity

Participate in project discussions, sprint planning, and review meetings

Ensure all requirement changes are documented, communicated, and approved

Prepare and maintain project progress and requirement status reports for internal and external stakeholders

Report regularly to the Project Manager and maintain transparent communication with clients

Strong experience in requirement solicitation, documentation, and stakeholder communication

Proficiency in preparing proposals, solution presentations, and documentation

Ability to design solution diagrams, process flows, and mockups using tools like Lucidchart, Draw

io, or Visio or canva or similar product

Excellent understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

Outstanding presentation and communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Fluency in Hindi for client communication across regions

Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills

Capability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related discipline

Experience working with SaaS, ERP, or custom software development projects

Exposure to RFP/RFQ responses, government tenders, or enterprise proposal writing

Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or equivalent tools
