Senior Business Analyst – Costing & Land‑Pricing Dashboards | Innobles


Why this role matters

Innobles is building a regulatory land‑pricing decision‑support portal for a large public‑sector authority. The same cost‑modelling engine will power several upcoming GovTech and infra‑fintech products. We need a Business Analyst who can turn complex policy formulas and multi‑source datasets into crisp user stories, data models and dashboards.


What you’ll own


  • Translate land‑pricing and subsidy policies into BRD/FRD, data dictionaries and wireframes.
  • Design modules such as Cost Component Calculator, Multiplier Manager, Market‑Trend Benchmarking and Subsidy Tracker.
  • Map 15 + datasets (land acquisition cost, EDC/IDC, circle rates, auction results, GIS layers) and define update cadences.
  • Run workshops with finance, GIS, engineering and compliance teams; manage change requests.
  • Post‑launch, rotate across Innobles’ other data‑rich GovTech products.


Must‑haves


  • 5 + yrs business analysis for data‑intensive SaaS / portal builds (GovTech, BFSI or infra preferred).
  • Strong financial‑modelling skills; advanced Excel + SQL + BI (Power BI/Tableau).
  • Experienced with BRD/FRD, UML/BPMN, and Agile ceremonies (JIRA/Confluence).


Nice‑to‑have


  • Exposure to land‑records / GIS systems or infra‑costing workflows.
  • Familiarity with public‑sector procurement and audit‑trail requirements.
