The same cost‑modelling engine will power several upcoming GovTech and infra‑fintech products. We need a Business Analyst who can turn complex policy formulas and multi‑source datasets into crisp user stories, data models and dashboards. What you’ll own Translate land‑pricing and subsidy policies into BRD/FRD, data dictionaries and wireframes. Design modules such as Cost Component Calculator, Multiplier Manager, Market‑Trend Benchmarking and Subsidy Tracker. Map 15 + datasets (land acquisition cost, EDC/IDC, circle rates, auction results, GIS layers) and define update cadences. Run workshops with finance, GIS, engineering and compliance teams; manage change requests. Post‑launch, rotate across Innobles’ other data‑rich GovTech products. Must‑haves 5 + yrs business analysis for data‑intensive SaaS / portal builds (GovTech, BFSI or infra preferred). Strong financial‑modelling skills; advanced Excel + SQL + BI (Power BI/Tableau). Experienced with BRD/FRD, UML/BPMN, and Agile ceremonies (JIRA/Confluence). Nice‑to‑have Exposure to land‑records / GIS systems or infra‑costing workflows. Project Manager – Enterprise & GovTech Platforms | Innobles Why this role matters Innobles has four concurrent SaaS and portal builds in flight—starting with a land‑pricing decision‑support system for a state authority. We’re looking for a technical PM who can establish a repeatable delivery playbook and juggle multiple product squads as we scale. What you’ll own (first 12 months) Land‑pricing portal: scope, schedule and ship eight modules (Costing Engine, Benchmark Dashboard, GIS Plot Inventory, Compliance Log, etc.). PMO setup: design sprint cadences, RAID logs, quality gates and DevSecOps checkpoints that apply across all Innobles projects. Multi‑project oversight: balance resources across backend, GIS, BI, QA and DevOps teams in India & UAE; surface risks early. Stakeholder reporting: weekly burn‑downs to Innobles leadership and government/enterprise clients; ensure on‑time, audit‑ready releases. Must‑haves 7 + yrs managing SaaS / platform deliveries; at least one government or regulated‑sector launch. PMP/PRINCE2 or Scrum certification; hands‑on with JIRA, Azure DevOps or equivalent.
