Role Overview: As a Senior Business Analyst (Veeva Promomats) at FocalCXM, you will closely collaborate with stakeholders in commercial domains within the IT, Life Sciences, and Pharmaceutical industries. Your primary responsibility will be to gather and analyze requirements, focusing on leveraging your expertise in Veeva Vault Promomats. You will translate business needs into clear user stories and technical specifications, support project delivery, collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist in testing and training, and ensure successful implementation and user adoption through thorough documentation.
