Job Title: SaaS Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location: Open to candidates in Chennai or Coimbatore Company: LYFnGO Department: Sales Job Overview: LYFnGO, a leader in AI-powered software solutions for healthcare, wellness, and fitness organizations, is seeking an ambitious and results-driven SaaS Sales Development Representative (SDR). The ideal candidate will have full ownership of the sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals, while consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets. Youll be responsible for building relationships with both small clinics and large hospitals, providing customized product demonstrations, and collaborating with our tech team to ensure smooth customer onboarding and satisfaction. We are hiring for candidates based in Chennai and Coimbatore. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Sales Ownership: Generate leads, engage potential clients, and convert opportunities into deals. Manage the full sales process, including both inbound leads and self-prospecting activities. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential clients ranging from small clinics to large hospitals, and develop personalized outreach strategies. Product Expertise & Demos: Understand LYFnGOs healthcare solutions in depth. Provide tailored product demos to showcase how the platform can address the specific needs of healthcare providers. Consultative Selling: Use solution-based selling techniques to uncover client pain points and present LYFnGO as the optimal solution, ensuring high conversion rates. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare decision-makers. Ensure long-term client success by handling follow-ups, resolving any concerns, and driving repeat business. Collaboration with Tech Team: Work closely with the technical team to manage product demonstrations and assist in resolving any technical queries or challenges raised by clients. Target & KPI Management: Proactively manage your own KPIs, ensuring you meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. Regularly review your performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and self-correct to stay on track. Reporting: Provide regular sales reports to management, detailing key performance indicators (KPIs), lead pipeline status, and forecasted deal closures. Sales Strategy & Adjustments: Implement and adapt sales strategies based on market trends and client feedback, ensuring a dynamic approach to achieving sales goals. Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with marketing, customer success, and tech teams to improve lead generation, product knowledge, and customer onboarding processes. Required Qualifications: Experience: 2-3 years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in the healthcare or wellness space, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to manage the entire sales funnel with consultative selling techniques. Ability to handle product demos and technical conversations effectively. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Capable of delivering clear, concise, and engaging pitches to healthcare professionals ranging from small clinic owners to hospital administrators. Relationship Building: Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to create trust with healthcare providers across all organizational levels. Negotiation & Problem Solving: Proven negotiation skills to close deals effectively and address client concerns proactively. CRM Proficiency: Experienced in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain a healthy pipeline. Time & Target Management: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and prospects while meeting sales quotas and self-managing KPIs. Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn and explain the technical features of LYFnGOs AI-driven solutions. Preferred Qualifications: Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise clients within the healthcare sector. Familiarity with SaaS platforms related to healthcare, wellness, or fitness. Prior experience in solution selling or consultative sales within health-tech.,
