As a Senior Business Analyst (Veeva Promomats) at our organization, your role will involve closely collaborating with stakeholders in commercial domains within the IT, Life Sciences, and Pharmaceutical industries. Your primary responsibility will be to gather and analyze requirements, with a particular focus on leveraging your expertise in Veeva Vault Promomats. You will be translating business needs into clear user stories and technical specifications, supporting project delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams, assisting in testing and training, and ensuring successful implementation and user adoption through thorough documentation. Your key responsibilities will include actively liaising with business stakeholders to understand and translate their needs into technical specifications, engaging with cross-functional teams to define deliverables from unstructured requirements, analyzing existing business processes to recommend improvements, leading or supporting the implementation of new systems, conducting data analysis for insights, creating comprehensive documentation, providing end-user training, ensuring compliance with IT policies and standards, managing multiple projects concurrently, and collaborating with IT teams, business units, and external vendors for integrated solutions. As a skilled Business Analyst, you will need advanced expertise in Veeva Vault Promomats, Salesforce (with a focus on Healthcare Solutions), business requirements gathering, process improvement, system implementation, end-user support and training. Additionally, you should have experience in integration solutions, global data warehouse solutions, master data management solutions, IQVIA software, and Accuratics advanced analytics software in the healthcare sector. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, possess at least 5-7 years of experience in business systems analysis and/or software development, have a strong grasp of business requirements translation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
