Senior Business Aligned Finance Analyst, Investment Banking

As a Senior Business Aligned Finance Analyst at Wells Fargo, you will play a crucial role in leading and participating in moderately complex initiatives as a technical professional. Your expertise and unique skills will be utilized to develop company objectives and standards for a specific business unit, division, or product. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and analyzing moderately complex data for large scale planning, researching key forecasting projections, managing financial reporting, and working on significant issues involving data and evaluation. You will develop strategies and recommendations for forward financial planning to support line of business goals, lead the implementation of projects impacting lines of business, and establish effective reporting delivery meeting brand and internal control standards. Collaboration and consultation with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers will be essential to resolve issues and achieve goals, while exercising independent judgment within the function's policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives - Review and analyze data for large scale planning - Develop strategies and recommendations for financial planning - Establish effective reporting delivery - Collaborate with peers and colleagues to resolve issues **Qualifications Required:** - 4+ years of Finance experience - CA / CMA / MBA Graduate with financial or banking sector experience - Strong Financial analysis skills - Demonstrable change management skills - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work under pressure and maintain high energy levels In this role, you will be expected to execute balance sheet and net interest income forecasts, contribute to Stress Test and Resolution Planning process, build understanding of model assumptions, produce complex reporting and analytics, ensure accurate deliverables, and comply with forecast governance and oversight requirements. Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills are necessary, along with exposure to key accounting tools like Oracle Financials and Essbase.
