Brand Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead brand positioning and gather feedback from the market and analyze consumer behavior to define our companys positioning
• Develop and implement differentiation strategies
• Create guidelines that define the brand voice both online and offline (including terminology and slogans)
• Conduct in-depth competitive research to identify opportunities, threats, strengths, and weaknesses.
• Design and oversee promotional campaigns for product launches and new market entry.
• Develop marketing and communication strategies aligned with business goals.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of advertising and marketing campaigns, recommending data-driven improvements.
• Act as a brand custodian while managing strategic accounts and high-impact projects.
• Mentor and guide cross-functional teams in aligning with brand strategy.

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of proven work experience as a Brand Strategist or in a senior marketing/branding role with Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills
• Strong portfolio of brand-building and strategy projects.
• Deep understanding of the full marketing mix and evolving digital landscape.
• Expertise in market segmentation, consumer research, and competitive analysis.
• Strong analytical, data-driven thinking combined with creative problem-solving.
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives.
