Job Description

As a Brand Strategy Manager at Sundew, you will play a crucial role in enhancing brand visibility and engagement across various platforms. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding business requirements for projects and developing comprehensive brand strategies to enhance market position and appeal to target audiences. - Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints. - Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and customer needs, shaping brand strategy accordingly. In terms of Content Strategy & Creation, you will be expected to: - Lead the development of content strategies across digital and offline platforms, aligning with overall brand objectives. - Create, curate, and manage high-quality content such as blog posts, case studies, social media posts, and videos. - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce compelling and relevant content. Your role will also involve Campaign Management, where you will: - Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Additionally, you will be responsible for Social Media Strategy by: - Developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand visibility and community engagement. - Managing social media accounts, including content planning, publishing, and community interaction. - Tracking and reporting on social media performance metrics to gauge effectiveness. As a Brand Strategy Manager, you should possess the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. - At least 10-12 years of experience in brand strategy, content creation, and digital marketing, preferably in the IT or technology sector. - Ability to lead a team of minimum ten members and strong client communication skills. - Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, social media management, SEO, SEM, and marketing strategies. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. - Strategic and creative thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making. - Strong project management skills with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in the IT industry.
