Job Description – Senior Branch Manager (NBFC)Position: Senior Branch ManagerDepartment: Branch Operations & Business DevelopmentLocation: [Pudussery)Reports to: Regional Manager / Zonal Head

Role Summary:

The Senior Branch Manager will be responsible for leading branch operations, achieving business targets, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing customer relationships, and supervising branch staff. The role requires a balance of business growth, operational efficiency, risk management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Sales:

  • Drive branch-level business targets in loans, deposits, and other NBFC products.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.

Operations & Compliance:

  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations ensuring smooth functioning.
  • Ensure compliance with NBFC guidelines, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor loan disbursement, collections, and portfolio quality.
  • Maintain proper documentation, records, and MIS reports.

Collections & Risk Management:

  • Monitor repayment collections and ensure low delinquency levels.
  • Manage overdue accounts and initiate recovery processes.
  • Identify risks and implement preventive measures.

Team Management:

  • Lead, guide, and mentor branch staff to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct regular training and performance reviews.
  • Build a strong, motivated team culture.

Customer Service:

  • Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer queries and grievances promptly.
  • Promote cross-selling of NBFC products.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of NBFC operations, products, and compliance requirements.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in NBFC / Banking sector with at least 2–3 years in a branch managerial role.
  • Proven track record in achieving business targets and managing branch operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
