Senior Branch Manager

As a member of Green Oasis Group, your role will involve overseeing all aspects of Holiday tour operations excluding Holy Tours. This includes handling Domestic, International, Inbound, and Medical Tourism. Your primary responsibility will be to design, market, and sell these products through your dedicated team. You will take charge of initiating and managing Fixed Departures and FIT. Sales and Marketing activities must be executed within the allocated budget to ensure success. Your leadership skills will be crucial in guiding your team towards achieving set goals. Additionally, you will be expected to establish and maintain strong relationships with existing DMC's while also seeking out and negotiating with new DMC's. In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a monthly performance incentive and bonus. Furthermore, as part of the Management team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the overall success of the company. Your focus will be on maintaining the current client base, as well as attracting corporates, new clients, and B2B relationships.
