Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior BIM Modeler (Scan to BIM) Autodesk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating highly accurate and detailed Building Information Models (BIM) from 3D laser scans (point cloud data). This role requires in-depth knowledge of Scan to BIM workflows, expertise in BIM software. Key Responsibilities: Interpret and model point cloud data to produce accurate 3D BIM models. Develop architectural, structural, and MEP elements based on scan data. Maintain adherence to BIM standards, project requirements, and LOD (Level of Detail). Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. Perform quality checks and resolve modeling issues or inconsistencies. Coordinate and manage model updates as per client revisions or additional scans. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior modelers. Ensure timely delivery of models and documentation. Requirements: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum 1-4 years of experience in BIM modeling with experience in Scan to BIM projects. Technical Skills: Proficiency in BIM tools. Experience working with point cloud data, 2D-3D BIM platforms. Understanding of LOD 100–500, BIM Execution Plans, and project specifications. Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and coordination abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Leadership and mentoring capabilities. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Architecture or Civil Engineering. Knowledge of clash detection and coordination workflows. Previous experience in international BIM projects (especially US/UK standards).
