Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior BIM Executive, located in Ahmedabad. The Senior BIM Executive will be responsible for managing BIM projects, creating and maintaining 3D models, coordinating with the project team, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Daily tasks include performing Scan to BIM, CAD to BIM, generating detailed construction documents, and providing technical support to team members. The candidate will also act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring project requirements are met efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD and BIM softwares
• Experience with 2D Drafting, 3D modeling and creating detailed construction documents
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Clash detection and Coordination with multidisciplinary level
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in the AEC industry is preferred
• Working in Outsourcing industry is preferred
