The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the BIM process, managing architectural projects, and overseeing the integration and implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) systems. In addition, the role involves collaborating with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineers and ensuring project milestones are met on time and within budget. Qualifications BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM) skills Architecture and Project Management skills Experience in coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Proficiency in relevant BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) Experience in the construction or architecture industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
